About this event
This is a moderately challenging hike in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. A massive formation of columnar basalt, Coyote Wall is one of the Gorge's most recognizable features from all directions on the Washington State side of the river near White Salmon and Bingen. It offers amazing panoramas of the Gorge and Mt Hood and there are wildflowers as well.
We will depart at 7:00 am due to the length of the drive, traffic issues, the popularity of the area and limited parking. Details for carpooling will be sent to the group a few days before the hike.
