Baskett Slough Morgan Lake Mount Baldy Trail

About this event

This hike will start at the South Trailhead of Baskett Slough National Wildlife Refuge off of Coleville Road.  We will take the trail to Morgan Lake and loop around to the West and come back up and over to the Rich Guadagno Observation Platform on Mount Baldy.  We will then descend to the trailhead.  Bring a lunch or snack and dress for current weather and probable wet trails, especially when near Morgan Lake.  Poles are useful for the various descents.  Text leader to sign up.  Please include your name in the text. More information (time, meeting place, etc.) sent to those signed up several days in advance of hike.  If the trail alongside the lake is still submerged, the hike will be canceled.  Limit of 8 participants.
