Joyce Richter, Helen Wang, and Hilda Rueda joined leader Becky Hickox on a dubious weather day to hike the Perimeter Trail in Silver Falls State Park. Despite the off and on rain showers, the temperature was moderate, and we enjoyed the lush greenery of early summer. A couple patches of hail surprised us because it seemed kind of warm for that type of
precipitation.
