Chemeketans Elly Collier, Emily Wieczorek, Tim Reidy, Bret Hammang, and Terri Fair joined leader Becky Hickox in following the self-guided "Emma's Walk" around Aurora. The town was founded in 1856 as a communal colony which operated until 1883. Many original homes and other buildings remain--many of them now full of antiques for sale.
